Our Firm Is Open During These Challenging Times

Our firm remains open and fully committed to representing our clients through these challenging times. We are able to communicate with our clients and potential clients through remote video conferencing using services such as Zoom, and, of course, through phone calls or email. Because we are a small firm, we are more easily able to socially distance if in person meetings are necessary for execution of documents and in those situations where in person, old fashioned meetings, cannot be avoided.

We are already receiving calls from clients regarding the economic stresses they are experiencing as a result of the economic discord the pandemic is causing. We are prepared to help and anticipate our clients are going to need assistance resolving issues that arise when individuals and businesses cannot meet their financial obligations due to the current stresses within the economy. This may take the form of negotiating resolutions to financial problems, providing advice and assistance on obtaining funding to survive the pandemic, litigation of cases that evolve from the current economic challenges, and, when all else fails, providing services in the bankruptcy courts.

We Are Here To Help During The Coronvirus Outbreak

There are novel legal issues that are arising from the challenges of the Coronavirus outbreak that have arisen already. These legal issues are going to be many. We stand ready to help and are prepared for the challenge of guiding our clients through these difficult times.
