Attorney Chip Gaskill

Attorney Chip Gaskill
Managing Partner

Chip Gaskill is the Managing Partner of the firm and has been practicing law for over 30 years. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1994, following his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. in 1991.
He is admitted to practice in Georgia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Chip is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.

Outside the office, Chip is a dedicated marathon runner, a passionate college football fan, and a proud father of two daughters.
Attorney Stella Preston

Stella Preston
Attorney

Stella Preston is an attorney at the firm and a proud Mercer University graduate, earning her B.A. in 2018, her M.B.A. in 2020, and her J.D. in 2023. During law school, she was published twice in the Mercer University Law Review, showcasing her strong legal writing and analytical skills.
She is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.

Outside the office, Stella is a former Division I softball player, a devoted dog mom to her dog Teddy.
Attorney Janine Bell

Janine Bell
Attorney

Janine Bell is an attorney at the firm and a Georgia State University alumna, earning both her B.A. and J.D. before beginning her legal career in 2020.

She is admitted to practice in Georgia, including before the Georgia Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia. Janine is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.

Outside the office, Janine enjoys spending time on the lake, trying new restaurants, and traveling to new destinations.

Frances Crusoe
Paralegal

 Frances Crusoe is a paralegal at Gaskill, Bell & Preston, LLC., where she supports attorneys with case management, document preparation and client communication. She brings extensive experience in arbitration and mediation, along with a strong background in legal support and case management within structured, deadline driven legal environments. 

Frances earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. She holds a paralegal certification from the University of Georgia and is a licensed Notary Public. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Legal Studies from Emory University School of Law with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027.

Outside of the office, Frances is an avid reader, movie enthusiast and is actively involved in community service and leadership through the Junior League of Gwinnett & North Fulton County.
